Would you like your wedding featured in Portland Monthly’s Bride & Groom? If so, we look forward to hearing from you if you live in Oregon/SW Washington or if you were married here. Whether you have the most elaborate of weddings or one that is spectacularly simple — we are interested in featuring your special day in an upcoming issue of Portland Monthly’s Bride & Groom. In each issue we’ll select between 3 and 5 Real Weddings. Maybe one of those will be yours!
How to submit your wedding for consideration
Because we want to run recent weddings, please submit your wedding no later than 8 months after your wedding day.
Please make a copy of all materials that you submit as we cannot return them and are not responsible for lost submissions. Send your complete package to:

Submission Instructions
Submit a selection of photos on DVD or CD-ROM. Choose photos that you feel best illustrates the couple, the wedding, special aspects of the wedding, etc. Feel free to include candid shots, cake and/or floral shots, reception site shots, etc. Only professional, high-quality digital images (300DPI or greater) can be used. Send between 12-40 total images. Consult with your photographer about your selection.

- Complete and sign the Model Release. Both the bride and groom must sign.
- Complete the Real Weddings Q & A form (info about the bride, groom)
- Complete the Vendor List (info about who performed what service for the wedding)
- Completed the Photography Release. This form must be completed by your wedding photographer.
INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS CANNOT BE CONSIDERED. MATERIALS ARE NOT RETURNED
Due to the large volume of submittals that we receive, we are not able to individually respond to each submission. Selections are announced by their appearance in the magazine.
